Ease Into Alignment
The emWave PSR is designed to help you increase your heart coherence. Coherence is a distinct, synchronized mode of physiological functioning frequently associated with the experience of sustained positive emotion and the alignment of heart, mind, body and spirit. When you are in coherence your nervous, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune systems are working together efficiently and harmoniously. Coherence is a state very similar to what many call the Presence or the flow, and what athletes call the zone.

Using the emWave helps you prevent energy loss from diffusion and disruption. You’ll find it very helpful in reducing scattered attention, relieving stress and increasing well-being.

The emWave measures the subtle changes in your heart rhythms and analyzes and reports in real time the level of coherence in your heart rhythms. The goal in using emWave is to achieve and sustain high coherence (green).
As you progress, changes are displayed on the Coherence Level Indicator, a tricolored LED (upper left).

A red light indicates low coherence, which is common.
A blue light indicates medium coherence, which shows improvement.
A green light indicates high coherence, the optimal state.

Improve Your Focus
The Coherence Coach® CD (included) provides instruction on a scientifically validated coherence-building technique to help you maintain focus and heart alignment. As you practice with the emWave, you increases your coherence baseline – the ratio of coherence that occurs naturally or spontaneously in your heart rhythms throughout the day. The emWave also gives you a practical way to go from “trying to get settled” to being centered more quickly in your preparations for meditation, prayer, self-help and other practices.

Ease And Flow
Your emWave PSR is easy to use. Simply attach the ear sensor or place your thumb on the sensor button. After your pulse is detected, a rhythm pacer begins. As you practice coherence-building techniques, activating a positive feeling like appreciation, care or compassion, your coherence level will increase and the coherence indicator will change from red to blue to green. It’s rare for most people in today's high-stress world to experience sustained periods of coherence, but with the emWave Personal Stress Reliever you now have a convenient assistant to help you find more ease and flow as you move through your day-to-day activities.
